Welcome to the Spheronix Hackathon 2026. By registering for and participating in this event, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Registration

• Participants must provide authentic and verifiable registration details. Any submission of false information may result in immediate disqualification.
• For team mode registrations, the team size must consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 members, including the Team Leader.
• Registration is considered confirmed only upon successful verification of the participation payment.

2. Code of Conduct and Originality

• All code, designs, and project submissions must be original work created entirely during the official hackathon timeframe, unless the use of specific open-source libraries is explicitly permitted by the organizers.
• Any form of plagiarism or intellectual property theft will lead to immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from future Spheronix events.

3. Evaluation and Auditing

• The organizing committee reserves the right to audit code repositories, commit logs, and participant identification details to ensure compliance and fair play.
• The decisions made by the panel of judges and the organizing committee regarding project evaluations, scoring, and dispute resolutions are final and binding.

4. Communications and Modifications

• By completing your registration, you consent to receive event-related communications, essential policy updates, and marketing materials via your registered email address.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, format, or rules due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any significant changes promptly.
